SESAY / Editorial policy

Useful guidance. Visible assumptions.

How to read and use the SESAY resource library.

Start with the source

Our guides link to regulators, legislation or official product documentation where relevant. A SESAY explanation is educational and is not issued or endorsed by the ATO, Fair Work Ombudsman or another regulator.

Dates and scope

An updated date identifies the version of the article. Scheduled checks are separate from the publication date. Check the linked source for changes before processing payroll. Coverage can vary by state, industry, award, agreement, employment history and payment type.

Examples and commercial comparisons

Worked scenarios are fictional. They show assumptions and gross arithmetic; they are not client results. Cost comparisons are illustrations, not quotes or guaranteed savings. Platform benefits depend on the product, plan, configuration and approved process.

Authorship and professional review

Articles are published by SESAY. They are not represented as independently reviewed legal or tax opinions. A named reviewer will only be shown where that person has actually reviewed the content. The founder’s experience is described on the About section.

Corrections and further checks

If a guide appears inconsistent with its linked source, use the current official guidance and seek clarification before processing. Report a possible correction to support@sesay.com.au, including the article link and relevant official source.

Review schedule

A weekly automated review is scheduled for Mondays at 9 am Australia/Perth, beginning 5 October 2026. The first review each month includes a broader regulatory-content and source-link check. Verified material changes can be published; ambiguous interpretations and unverified operational claims are flagged for human review. Scheduled checks are not continuous monitoring or a guarantee that every change will be detected.
